Important Information on Solicitors/Agents insisting on you using their Home Information Pack, and offering a "FREE HIP"

We have been made aware of Estate Agents saying to Clients "You have to use our HIP" This is not the case and is in fact illegal , the Home Information Pack can be produced by who ever you choose.

Be careful of Some unscrupulous Solicitors, Estate Agents offering you a "Free HIP"  We are sure you realise Nothing is Free!! It will either be in their Fee's or Added in your Contract Ask how much they're "RELEASE FEE" is for you to own the HIP Pack is if you move to another Estate Agent, Sell to a Friend or Take it Off the Market?
